 Abhijit
is involved with MMJAX FL from day one. He is enthusiastic,
energetic, motivated, and strives to take the Mandal to the
next level. After completing his master’s degree at Oklahoma
State University , he chose Jacksonville and Florida because
of the weather, the ocean and the prospects for young
professionals. When Abhijit is not designing buildings at
the Haskell Company, he enjoys social activities, sports and

 Harish
Pandit was born in the busy metropolis of Mumbai. Perfectly
at home in Jacksonville, he resides with his wife, Shilpa
and daughters, Malika and Nishika, in the city for last 13
years. An engineering graduate with a MBA degree, he works
as an IT consultant. An avid chess player, he enjoys both
outdoor and indoor games like , tennis, cricket, swimming
and carom. He enjoys listening to oldies and one-man talk
shows from Pu. La. Deshpande and Va.Pu. Kale. Harish was
President of Florida cricket association in 2008 and his
organizational skills will benefit MMJAX this year. Contact:

| Treasurer - Sangita Karhade | |
 Sangita Karhade, is well-known in the Jacksonville Marathi
community. The Karhade family has been active members of the
Mandal since it’s inception. An Electronics Engineer, she
like her husband , Vishwas, is a Software Engineer by
profession. They stay in Jacksonville with their children,
Aditya and Anushree. Sangita likes to listen to music, read,
and participate in social and cultural activities. Contact:

| Event Coordinator - Neelima Gole | |
 Neelima Gole, is an
alumnus of Sir. J. J. School of Arts,
Mumbai and has MBA from SUNY, Buffalo. She specializes
in water color paintings and acrylic murals. Her art-works
can be seen at many local sites including restaurants,
school’s auditorium and physicians’ offices. Articles and
poems, authored by her, have been published in Lokasatta,
Kirloskar, and Ekta, and presented at the BMM Convention in Atlanta. Neelima is also an
active member of several local and charitable organizations.
She resides in Jacksonville with her husband Dilip, a
pediatric radiologist. She enjoys travelling, gardening and

| Event Coordinator - Pranav Kulkarni | |
 Pranav
Kulkarni, is a new young dynamic entrant to the MMJAXFL
group. Along with his wife Amruta, he has been very active
in the Mandal since joining it. An IT consultant by
profession, he is dedicated to
popularizing use of Marathi language and is an avid editor
on Marathi Wikipedia. Last year, he created the Marathi
version of MMJAXFL website. This year he is taking it a
step further by providing it with a fresh new look. He loves
travelling to new places, hiking, reading both Marathi and
English literature and listening to music.

| Food Coordinator - Shital Pandhare | |
 Shital Pandhare,
is former First lady of the Mandal having served in that
capacity in 2007. Along with her husband, Shekhar, she
has provided yeoman services during the formative years of
the Mandal. An active Mandal supporter, they reside in the
picturesque city of St. Augustine, Florida. They have a
daughter Aditi and son Shaunak . Shital loves to read, shop
